- Civil Statutory, accounting, financial, and tax compliance;
- Operations related to the management of the existing negotiation relationship
LEGAL BASIS
The provision of data is mandatory for all that is required by law and contractual obligations and therefore any refusal to provide them could result in the failure or partial execution or continuation of the relationship between the parties.

With regard to the data themselves, the rights provided for in articles 15 – “Right of access of the interested party”, 16 – “Right of rectification”, 17 – “Right to cancellation”, 18 – “Right to limit the processing”, 20 – “Right to data portability” of the EU Regulation 2016 / 679 within the limits and under the conditions provided for by art. 12 of the same Regulation.
